Welcome to The Ohio State University Alumni Club of Phoenix web site. It is packed with information for our members and guests visiting the Valley of the Sun. If you will be visiting Phoenix and want to participate in our events, please e-mail us at OSUPHX@cox.net to be included in the information blasts that our President sends out.
Our Club meets for Ohio State football games at H.B. Hanratty's, located on Camelback Road, just west of 7th Street in Phoenix and Loco Patrón in old town Scottsdale. For Ohio State Men's Basketball games we're meeting at Tavern Grill (formerly Teakwoods) in Scottsdale.
We hold about 30 events throughout the year and welcome all Buckeye fans to participate (pictures here and here). We host an Annual Spring Dinner with special guests such as Athletic Director Gene Smith, TBDBITL Director Dr. Jon Woods and Buckeye legend Chris Spielman. We volunteer to assist local charities such as our public television station Channel 8, the Phoenix Symphony and St. Mary's Food Bank. We were the host club for the National Championship game on January 3, 2003. We received our gold star and were surprised with a special #1 Club Award.

BUCKEYE FOOTBALL GAMES
Our Club has a saying - "If you can't be in Columbus on game day, be at Hanratty's."
We meet at H B Hanratty's, 537 E. Camelback Rd., Phoenix, 85012, (click here) every football Saturday to cheer the Buckeyes on to victory. We would love to have you join us. It gets loud - just like Ohio Stadium! Brutus Buckeye has been sighted there along with a former Buckeye cheerleader. The Kazoo Band plays after every touchdown and the merchandise area keeps the fans well clothed, with proceeds going to our scholarship fund. The Beat michigan Party caps off the year and is by reservation only. If you would like to be included in the email blasts and newsletters, please email us at OSUPHX@cox.net. Road Trip!! 1/1/10 - Over 30 Phoenix Buckeyes made the trip to Pasadena to support the Bucks in their sweet victory over the Oregon Ducks. Our President Beth Eichwald threw a terrific tailgate party to kick of the New Years Day events!
