Membership Form

The dues year runs September to August.  The Club's Board Members greatly appreciate the support of the dues paying members.  The largest expense to the Club is the cost of mailings.  There are two general mailings to 2100+ alumni in the Phoenix area.  The Club also mails 4 to 5 newsletters and notices to over 900 members in the Phoenix area. Your dues also allow the Club to sponsor receptions for visiting Ohio State Teams when in Phoenix, provide cookies during finals week to Ohio State students from Arizona, support the High School College Fairs, provide support at the annual spring dinner, plus other Club functions. 

All Buckeye fans are welcome!   Graduation or attendance at Ohio State is not required for Club membership.   More than 1/3 of our members are non-graduates.   If you are a graduate of another university please list below.
